ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಜೂನ್,24,2026 (www.justkannada.in): ಬೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 2400 ಚದರ ಅಡಿವರೆಗಿನ ( +ಶೇ. 20ರಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚುವರಿ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸದ ಮಿತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ) ಅಳತೆಯ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿರುವ ವಸತಿ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಾನುಭ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ (ಒಸಿ) ವಿನಾಯಿತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಜಿ+3 ಅಥವಾ ಸಿಲ್ಟ್ ಪಾರ್ಕಿಂಗ್ + 4 ಮಹಡಿಗಳಿರುವ ವಸತಿ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಜುಲೈ 6, 2026ರೊಳಗೆ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಬೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.
ಮೇ 31, 2026ರಂದು ಅಥವಾ ಅದಕ್ಕೂ ಮೊದಲು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ವಸತಿ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುವಂತೆ 2400(+ಶೇ.20ರಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚುವರಿ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸದ ಮಿತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ) ಅಳತೆಯ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಸಿ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿರುವ ಮನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲು ಒಂದು ಬಾರಿಯ ವಿನಾಯಿತಿ ನೀಡಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸೋಮವಾರ (ಜೂನ್ 22) ರಂದು ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿ 15 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಿತ್ತು.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿರುವ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯೊಳಿಗಿರುವ ವಸತಿ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲು ಬೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಹತ್ತಿರದ ಬೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಉಪ ವಿಭಾಗ ಕಚೇರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ, ಅಥವಾ ಬೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ಜಾಲತಾಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ಜುಲೈ 6ರೊಳಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಉಪಯೋಗ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಬೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ವಿನಂತಿಸಿದೆ.
ಶಾಶ್ವತ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲು ಸಾರ್ವತ್ರಿಕ ರಜೆ ದಿನಗಳಾದ ಜೂನ್ 26 (ಮೊಹರಂ ಕೊನೆದಿನ), ಜೂನ್ 27 (ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ಶನಿವಾರ), 28 (ಭಾನುವಾರ) ಹಾಗೂ ಜುಲೈ 5 (ಭಾನುವಾರ) ರಂದು ಬೆಸ್ಕಾಂನ ಉಪ ವಿಭಾಗ ಕಚೇರಿಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.

ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ / ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಪಡೆಯದ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು: ಮೇ 31,2026ರೊಳಗೆ ವಸತಿ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಅಥವಾ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು/ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಕಟ್ಟಡದ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ತೆಗೆಸಿದ ಜಿಯೋ ಟ್ಯಾಗ್ ಆಧರಿತ ಫೋಟೋವನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಹತ್ತಿರದ ಬೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಉಪ ವಿಭಾಗ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

OC Exemption: Apply for permanent power supply by July 6, 2026
Bengaluru, June 24: Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM) has requested the consumers to apply for permanent power supply by July 6, 2026 for the residential buildings with G+3 or Stilt Parking + 4 floors, constructed on sites measuring up to 2400 square feet (with an allowable additional deviation limit of +20%) within the BESCOM jurisdiction, which have been exempted from the Occupancy Certificate (OC).
This scheme is available for residential buildings constructed on plots up to 2,400 sq. ft. (with an additional 20% permissible variation) and having G+3 floors or stilt parking + 4 floors. The scheme applies only to buildings completed on or before May 31, 2026.
The state government in its order on June 22, 2026, has granted a one-time relaxation allowing permanent electricity connections to residential buildings built without an OC on plots up to 2,400 sq. ft. (with 20% variation) and asked applicants to submit applications within 15 days.
BESCOM has already begun implementing the scheme for buildings that fall within the government guidelines. Applicants are requested to visit their nearest BESCOM sub-division office or visit BESCOM online website and apply within the deadline to avail the benefit.
To facilitate the public, BESCOM offices will remain open on the following public holidays. June 26 (Muharram – last day), June 27 (Fourth Saturday), June 28 (Sunday) and July 5 (Sunday)
Guidelines for permanent power supply
Pending Permanent Connection Applications: Owners who completed construction by May 31, 2026, and have already applied for permanent power supply to provide application number and date. A geo-tagged photograph of the building must be submitted in the presence of the applicant/owner and concerned BESCOM officer for availing permanent connection.
Temporary Connections Applications (Not yet applied for Permanent): If the building was completed by May 31, 2026, but is still running on a temporary connection, A geo-tagged photo of the building must be taken in the presence of the applicant/owner and submit it at BESCOM sub division or online for applying for permanent power connection.
No Prior Connection (Neither Temporary nor Permanent): For residential buildings completed by May 31, 2026, that have never applied for either a temporary or permanent connection, A geo-tagged photo of the building must be taken in the presence of the applicant/owner and submit it at the nearest BESCOM sub division office for applying for permanent power connection.
